Over the years, the "Service Department" has remained the strength of the company and tells a proud story.
The Service Department is headed by Chris Maunsell, Fixed Operations Manager and Paul Uhrig, Shop Foreman.
Our Service Advisors, Grant Rutland and Tom Cline will be happy to assist with any mechanical problems you may encounter. Our GM factory trained technicians use only genuine GM parts for repairs. Forbes Motors also offers a lifetime warranty when replacing brakes, mufflers or batteries.
Parts on Order
To effectively serve our customers we have created a network for quick parts availability. Our inventory includes $500,000 in parts and we have quick computer access to hundreds of others, should we not have the needed part in stock. Parts are shipped from the GM warehouse each night, unloaded and ready for installation the following morning at 8:00 am. If we do not have the part in stock, we can usually get it, the same day, through our network of GM dealers.
